Meetingpoint gives the assurance advisor a new service: ‘Text your customer'
With the service the assurance advisor can inform his client. After the request for contract or the mutation, the client automatically gets a text message. This extension of the platform ‘mp4all' will be operational in June.
The new functionality is admitted in the product dialogs of Meetingpoint by default. This means that all information of the text message is automatically taken from the transaction. The message is signed with the name of the assurance office and the accompanying phone number.
